Schedules and Holidays
Schedules and Holidays govern when or if a door might be unlocked on a schedule as well as when a cardholder Group will have access to Zones.
Weekly Schedules
There is no practical limit to the number of schedules that can be created in Intelli-M Access. Each controller/door supports up to 254 schedules, plenty for an individual door.
A schedule is a Sunday-Saturday, 24 Hour schedule that will repeat each week.
Schedule design is simple visual click and drag. Each schedule can have multiple sections such as 4am-7am and 3pm-9pm on the same day.
Holidays
Holiday sets allow the creation of groups of days that are the exception to a schedule, typically because the unlock or access schedule will be different for those days, allowing a standard Monday to Friday unlock schedule, but leaving the doors locked on holidays.
Each schedule can have up to 7 different holiday sets, although in practice there are rarely more than two, Full days and half days. |
